Why cybersecurity?

As a Type 1 Diabetic using medical IoT equipment, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to protect and secure the data on these devices. This diagnosis has really driven my passion for the field, and I hope that one day I will be in a position where I can fortify these products and ultimately protect those with chronic illnesses.

What have you liked most about interning with SailPoint?

I have been given the opportunity to work on a project where I was able to use offensive security techniques on SailPoint’s network and then use my findings to help put new detections in place.
