At SailPoint, something that’s always been important to our crew members and leaders alike is making sure our culture is consistent across the globe. No matter what office our crew are in or what time zone they’re working from, our commitment to our 4 I Core Values remains the same.

As a result, the SailPoint team has established a close knit environment, even as the company continues to grow. What’s more is that the impact we make in our communities is felt all over the world.

From our Austin, Texas headquarters to our team in Singapore, the global SailPoint impact is real. Here are three key ways we bring our culture to life across the globe:

#SailPointCares

#SailPointCares is a regional volunteering initiative where crew in locations from London to Mexico City to Hong Kong get together to give back to their local communities. The program emphasizes SailPoint’s commitment to philanthropy, while simultaneously providing an opportunity for teammates to build and strengthen relationships. #SailPointCares is a great way for crew to connect with people outside their immediate teams and find impactful volunteering opportunities right in their own backyards.

Global Crew’s News Slack channel:

Even over 3,000 employees strong, the SailPoint community is a tight knit group, and we love to see what our fellow crew members are up to. One of the most popular destinations in our virtual ecosystem is SailPoint’s Global Crew’s News Slack channel where crew share stories, photos, and videos in #Who’sWhoWednesday posts to get to know people across the company, #FeelGoodFriday posts where teammates nominate their colleagues to share what’s going well in their world, and more. It’s a great way for crew members to connect with other colleagues who share similar interests and stay rooted in what makes the SailPoint community special. With that closeness comes stronger work relationships and the ability to make a bigger impact together.

Quarterly Company-Wide Awards

We’re all about celebrating our teammates and their accomplishments at SailPoint. Every quarter during our Company-Wide Meeting, SailPoint’s leadership team bestows awards based on our 4 I Core Values: The Impact Award, the Innovation Award, the Integrity Award, and the Individual Award. Not only does this tradition allow our crew to see our values in action, but it also keeps us connected to other team members across the company and the globe as we celebrate their hard work and the impact they make.

By bringing our global teams together through these (and many more!) practices, the SailPoint crew successfully nurtures its culture across the globe and continues to make award-winning impact on an international scale.
