The SailPoint ServiceNow integration offers an out-of-the-box Identity Access Management solution for ServiceNow customers, creating a seamless experience for end users in facilitating access requests, managing tickets in their service desk (often called ITSM), and ensuring compliance and security.
ServiceNow apps have been created on the ServiceNow platform by SailPoint. Fully certified and supported by both organizations, a single interface processes all user requests by incorporating them into digital workflows in alignment with the ServiceNow platform. The real-time synchronization between ServiceNow and SailPoint ensures that access changes are reflected immediately, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
High-level identity security and governance capabilities for ServiceNow applications and systems include:
- SailPoint Identity Governance for ServiceNow — this is included free out-of-the-box and is a ServiceNow data connector for execution and certification activities for ServiceNow. It manages ServiceNow accounts, groups, and roles.
- SailPoint for ServiceDesk — with this module, customers can create and manage ServiceNow tickets.
